Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the trendyfindsclub.com website (the "Site") and the services, features, and products offered by TrendyFindsClub ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary by product and destination and may be longer than typical domestic retail shipping.

3. Accounts

You may be able to browse the Site without creating an account, but certain features (such as order tracking) may require you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added to your order total based on your shipping address and applicable law.

  • Estimated delivery times shown on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by product availability, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased from TrendyFindsClub pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
